Your Sumitomo FC-6R+cleaver requires regular servicing to keep it in good working order.
If your splicer service is due or your cleaver isn't performing at its best, send it in to us for a service.
As a Sumitomo Qualified service centre, we will conduct a calibration and service, bring it back to full working order.
Our calibration service includes the following:
- Full clean and removal of debris and fibre off-cuts
- Case clean
- Rotation of blade if required
- calibration of blade cutting height and angle
- Check of all component parts including fibre clamps
If additional work or parts are identified during your calibration, we will contact you for agreement before we continue. this will be charged separately.
